My situation was even more involved, as I was a POA and also needed help in finding a qualified attorney to help with the sale. She not only helped with the attorney, she gave me contacts that could help clean the home and also companies that were needed for specific repairs. She sent me frequent updates, let me know way ahead of time of items I needed to complete, and was extremely professional. House selling can be extremely stressful when you have work/family yourself, and Erica made the process seamless, from start to end. She also sold the home in literally a few days! Highly recommend!
