Real Property Management Magic Valley

I moved here from Texas in February 2025, and since I hadn't seen the property in person, I was definitely nervous, especially given some of the reviews. But I’m so glad I took the chance. I got here just as the new manager, Danielle, was starting. She was incredibly professional from day one, and both she and Philip (maintenance) made me feel supported immediately. Maintenance is so easy; Philip is quick to respond to app requests and always follows up with a text as well or a phone call. Danielle has also been wonderful to work with, even being so kind and flexible with me when I hit a rough patch with a utility bill. I saw a lady on here upset about the property management and honestly, I have no idea what planet they are on. I have been here for well over a year and as an adult who has lived places where things change hands let me tell ya... In only a year that Danielle and her team have been here, they have been the best at handling the (what I can assume based on my own reasonable complaints) mountain of issues they walked in on. I felt all of my issues were responded to in a timely manner and when there was something that needed more work, time, or approval it was communicated to me effectively and explained. There is of course a grace period and we are all people but if things continue as is, I will be renewing my lease for years to come!

I regretfully feel it my duty to negatively review this business after giving them the chance to correct the issue they have with me. I rarely review businesses but I have had an experience that I hope no one else has to go through. 😔 I started my lease in April of 2024. DOWN THE HILL RAPIDLY. I had to change my rating for RPM to two stars. When the pandemic got stronger in April my tenant left the home before the lease ended and my RPM manager did not do a thing to stop it. Then my manager got fired and RPM was not answering the phones. Not even a message explaining they are working from home or who to contact. Just silence. I continued calling and emailing with no response. I suspected this company went out of business. So in June, I decided to travel to Idaho and see things for myself. I arrived at the house and it looked completely abandoned. Dead trees, dead branches, and weeds everywhere. The deck was discolored and the wood rot.
