Our experience with Real Property Management Cairn and its owner, Tommy Cook, was nothing short of a nightmare, and we feel it is our moral obligation to warn others about the predatory practices of this company. We traveled across the country with everything arranged in advance of our move. After signing a lease and sending payment, Tommy became completely unresponsive — going 48 hours without a single update after taking our money. When we arrived, the lockbox his office provided had the wrong code, adding more stress and delays. Once inside, we immediately discovered a serious black mold infestation.
