Working with Tom Misuraca and Keller Williams was the worst experience I’ve had in over 10 years of renting in the NYC area. While I’ve met some excellent brokers in what can be a slimy industry, Tom and his team are quasi-slumlords masquerading as brokers. I wouldn’t trust them with a single transaction. Within two months of moving in, a massive ceiling leak destroyed my bedroom and most of my belongings, rendering it unlivable for over 45 days.
