Their staff is extremely unprofessional! I was lied to and told that a dryer connection would be added to the house I’m renting before I moved in. That was the beginning of last month. Since nothing has been done and I haven’t been told anything I decided to call the office and see what happened. The woman who answered is extremely rude and disrespectful, and hung up in my face because I’m upset that I was basically swindled into moving into a place I didn’t want to begin with. There was also a mold issue, the place is old and they’re too cheap to make the place decent, they don’t care for the tenants AT ALL, only getting paid. Have had problems with them since we have moved here, mind you we have been here for 4 years and always paid rent and late fees! We have 7 spots on our ceiling that we called about multiple times two years ago and still Noone has showed up!! Our bathtub has been having a MAJOR LEAK SINCE DECEMBER their guy has came out 4 times and still doesn't have the problem fixed it's obvious he had no clue what he is doing! Here it is two months later and we haven't heard from anyone in a month! our water bill is alot more now because of this leak , I call twice every week and all they say is the same thing over and over that they will make contact with the guy and we NEVER hear back from them EVER! Well, one of the two homes I was interested in (that was listed on their website) was not ready to be viewed. The other home, they let me check out a key and I got a chance to see. It was nice except for the FLEAS in the CARPET that made me their lunch. I called them and all they had to say to me was "Thank you for letting us know". I sincerely doubt I will pursue any further business with this company.

Worst customer service I've ever encountered. They don't want to fix things and generally don't care about the properties they rent. I will never rent from them again. Jo is the rudest customer service professional ever. She deserves an award. I'm not sure if the attitude she displays is racist or just full of contempt because she has to work. Usually people who are this rude, hate their own lives so I pray for her.

My brother is a decorated veteran and has fought for this country and cant get a house. He was approved and then given every reason he can't get the house he wants. They charged two application fees and then stated its only one fee per 30 days. I dont know if its because they are all white and he's black but I do have to wonder.
