My husband and I worked with Sam Kendricks, and he was amazing. Very proactive. He contacted us before we even got to the area to discuss some options we might have, and once we got here, Sam was in constant communication with us in order to help us find the best home for us. The real estate market in Los Alamos is horrible. Sam knows the town and the people in it which makes him a great realtor. He was incredibly professional in handling our strange situation. He worked with us and the sellers keeping things moving forward and always by the books. We got into a home way earlier than we would have with any other realtor. Also, the office staff are very kind and helpful, and the office its self is clean and kid friendly.

Kelly Myers at Remax has been so helpful through every step of our home buying process. Her knowledge as a local has been invaluable on helping us get the inside scoop as new home owners in Los Alamos. She has consistently gone above and beyond, and we are in our home in record time!

Honestly, I think the realtors are for the most part good. No complaints on mine. The process was fairly seemless. My only complaint and why I cannot give this a 5 star rating is the bidding process that RE/MAX uses in Los Alamos that does not allow for escalation and only one bid to be blindly put in. This creates a blind bidding war that has buyers being advised to overpay for the one shot they have at the bid for the house, and creates an inflation in prices and buyers remorse for paying more than you had to for a house for no real reason. This policy is a horrible business practice and is a disservice to the buyers in all house buying situations, really to no one's advantage than the realtors and occasionally to the sellers. This is the only location I have ever heard of this practice

Kelly has been great. There's apparently a truck you can use for driving around town if needed.
