Don't rent from here or from any Monarch property. The whole place is falling apart and Manager Lacey Duffy will not do a dam thing nor the regional manager Victoria. They are arrogant condescending, discriminatory and thoroughly incompetent. The failure to fix anything is unbelievable. The maintenance guy has absolutely no clue what he is doing an doesn't care. Took 2 YEARS to get them to hire a plumber to fix a leak in the kitchen sink that has damaged the counters because maintenance had no clue what they were doing. Over a year and still waiting for an electrician for the power issues. 2 YEARS to get the broken outlet covers replaced. Going on 3 years and the bathroom sink is still hanging off the wall and so much more including a stove that doesn't function properly and broken an miss

First of all, these apartments are literally falling apart. My garbage disposal hadn’t worked for almost the entire time i’ve lived there, after asking and asking someone finally came and fixed it, but it broke yet again. One of my sink faucet knobs in my bathroom crumbled to pieces when i tried turning on the cold water. I have to turn the water on with pliers or the hot water will get to hot and burn my skin. Also in the bathroom, my shower wall has black spots growing on it, the landlords know that it’s in there too, but nothing has been done about it. And to top it all off my window came off of the tracks today and proceeded to almost fall off because it was already broken just from me trying to open it before. I now have my window barricaded up so it won’t fall down onto anyone below.

Unfortunately I have to give atleast 1 star. I would NEVER recommend this place. The manager is very sexiest towards men, was denied for prescribed medication, having a service dog and cuz me and my pregnant wife didn't meet the requirements. We were completely discriminated against and judge. She said she won't get in our personal business but she will watch your phone. What the manager did to me and my wife would definitely qualify for a lawsuit. I was judged on chrages that are 10 years old and nothing to do with anything about ruining property, and even with a misdemeanor. Apparently being a lil tipsy in public can mean you'll destroy a house. Management also throw out our application and real filled out the emergency contacts and said we filled nothing out. Denied my husband due to his prescription that is prescribed to HIM, denied MY SERVICE DOG, and denied my husbands disability. This just isn't okay. Its beyond not okay. Plus we are expecting a baby!! Thanks Mountain Vista.

Just visited a friend for a bit. The property looks taken care of and decent. Neighbors were friendly and there's a small playground for littles right in between the buildings.
