Canyon Village Apartments

We put in an apartment tour for 11:30. We showed up 5 minutes early there was a car at the office but the door was locked. We knocked 3 separate times over 15 minutes no one ever came. That’s really unprofessional for people who drove over an hour to get there. That was ridiculous. If you’re not going to be available at certain times you should convey that by emailing us and telling us, as you do require personal contact info upon making the appointment time.

I've been living in the Canyon Village Apartment Complex for 15 yrs, and I've been happy with my experience. From the beginning, the leasing office staff have been friendly, professional, and extremely helpful. Maintenance requests are handled quickly and efficiently and maintenance personnel are respectful and knowledgeable. There’s a mix of professionals, families, and students living here. My experience has been that it is a quiet respectful community. Location-wise, it’s perfect - close to shopping, restaurants, and public transportation. There are hiking trails in the canyon that backs up against the apartment complex which is a real treat. Canyon Village has been a gift for me, and I recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable place to live!

I have made Canyon Village Apartments my home for 12 years. I am very happy with the way manager Rose keeps on top of things. She is very responsive to messages and emails, and keeps tenants in the loop. Francisco, the maintenance man, is always busy and keeps things running. Rose had offered several weeks ago, to have my carpets cleaned for free. Today, a pleasant guy named Nick came out and cleaned them in under an hour and they look great! Turns out carpet cleaning was something Rose chose to do for long-time tenants like me. I always feel like Rose and Francisco are working hard to keep our complex a safe and pleasant place to live. :)

The apartments are beautiful and newly renovated. Canyon Village also offers a small but very practical gym, a communal clubhouse for all residents, and several laundry rooms. There is also plenty of parking reserved for residents. The property manager is very knowledgeable and goes out of her way to help the residents. The person in charge of maintenance is very good and quick and can solve any problems that arise. It is a nice place to live!

I cannot express how kind, professional, knowledgeable & accommodating the Community Manager Rose Marquez is. She truly is a valuable asset to Canyon Village and very lucky to have her. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a great place to call home.
