Myers Senior Residence has been literally begging for hallways carpets to be replaced or cleaned. We have “Covid” carpets and they are filthy. We keep getting the runaround now for about 2-3 years… it seems that “seniors” welfare aren’t a priority, just their rent checks.

I have the displease of living near a building owned and operated by Raymond Marzulli. 100 Llewellyn Ave in Bloomfield NJ. The building emits a toxic level of noise all summer long. He really doesn't care about the neighbors in the areas where his does business. Avoid.

I have personally worked with Ray on several of his properties. His properties are continuously updated and very well maintained.

Went to drop off application's and everyone in the office was very pleasant& friendly, I am hoping to have the opportunity to deal with them again!
