Worked with Kevin and Maurine - both are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Never could have navigated the confusing, convoluted world that is real estate without them in our corner. We are extremely happy in our new house. Total life-changer. (Yes he's my uncle... the review is still true) Also not sure why the buyer is leaving negative feedback for a transaction where Piccolo Realty represented the seller... but ok.

Untrustworthy lazy realtor. If you want a perfect home and have all cash, you will be just fine here, but if you choose a home with any issues or need any help whatsoever, better look elsewhere for someone who cares. This realtor represented the seller on a home I wanted to buy. This realtor did everything wrong, from non disclosure of problems, to giving advice against the standards in the industry. He also uses profane language when things don't go his way, or if you call him for help. You would be better off alone buying a home than dealing with this group of dingbats.
