Ray Owens Homes

We purchased a new home from them and they have been excellent, I have purchased many homes in many cities over the last 40 years and this is the best customer service I have ever had. I feel like I could call them anytime and they would be here. Also they have never worn shoes in my home, that shows respect. I would definitely purchase another home from Ray Owens Homes.

I would not use again. I feel like they have very poor communication skills. I felt as a customer they acted put out if they had to take the extra time to explain the process. When building a custom home I think communication is a key part of the process.

I bought my home about a year ago. This has been a wonderful experience for my family. Ray has been wonderful about meeting any needs that have developed. Thanks for helping make the move so easy.

Ray and Ray jr built my family two homes 3 years apart and did an incredible job!! We will use them again as soon as we are ready to build another home!
