I cannot express how thankful and grateful we are to have had Mrs. Lawrence as our agent. She was extremely professional and knowledgeable, which we needed. But Beyond that, we found her to very kind, understanding and patient. She is also a great listener and was determined to help us find what we wanted. She also helped us to sale our home in Atlanta simultaneously, which was more than a notion. She never wavered in her commitment and effort. She is professional, well spoken, friendly, kind and worked hard to find the perfect fit for us. Unresponsive to request when trying to get in touch to view a property and very poor phone etiquette. I called in a week ago inquiring about a home, the person answering the phone paused for a while before even responding. She didn’t say please hold or anything. I had to pry information out of her just to get her to talk. Several other places to contact who act mature and knows professional so it was an immediate no thank you for me.
