Ravenswood Terrace Apartments

Reviewing my recent furnace breakdown. The problem was handled quickly and professionally. Can’t believe the quick turnaround with getting a hvac person out. Thank you John.

Living at Ravenswood Terrace has been a fantastic experience. Fatima is an outstanding manager who cultivates a warm, friendly, and welcoming community. The maintenance team is prompt and efficient, addressing requests quickly and professionally. While a few challenges have arisen, they’ve been beyond the team’s control and handled as best as possible. I highly recommend Ravenswood Terrace to anyone looking for a great place to call home.

I lived at ravenswood terrace for 3 years and moved out in June 2024. They have the absolute best maintenance team of any apartment that I have ever lived in. Maintenance requests were always picked up the next day and completed well. Fatima also has done an incredible job managing the office and ensuring that your issues are taken care of. So this is a really great group to work with and that cannot be overstated. They should actually market on their site that maintenance requests will be completed in 1 business day because you don't get that at most other apartment buildings. I do have to come down to a 4 star review because I did find the prices to be a bit high and the noise level to be bothersome. I've lived here for almost a year now, so it's high time I left a review. I like living at Ravenswood Terrace! My apartment is lovely, the amenities are great, and the location can't be beat. It's very close to buses, Marianos, and the UP-N Metra line. Easy walking distance to the Brown Line, too. Maintenance (Miguel et al) - always on time and very helpful. I had issues with my AC in the hottest part of summer, and they were very quick to respond anytime I had problems or questions. I had clothes moths, and pest control was called to get rid of them immediately. There is a small fitness room behind the leasing office, as well as a rooftop lounge and a community garden. Package lockers, key fob entry, many other amenities. And if the fitness room on-site doesn't do it for you, you can try

This is a great place to live!! Fatima is very attentive and helps get anything you need done quickly. The maintenance team is fast and efficient. And the common grounds are always clean and well lit. The dog park is an extra bonus!! Wouldn’t want to move anywhere else!!
