Ravenswood Gardens Apartments

I toured a lot of similarly priced one bedrooms in uptown before choosing to live here. All of them were very old and had not been renovated in forever. When I saw this space I loved it. Everything is newer and easy to clean. The street is very quiet and peaceful. For the price in the area you can't beat it.

I’ve never in my whole life made a review of anything, specifically if it’s gonna be a bad review because I work in the customer service line of work and you just let it go. But this place it’s never been great, packages stolen, not a single security security camera on site, random people getting in and out and nobody saying anything, homeless people living in the laundry room, the place never been completely clean even though they charge you $50 for “cleaning” fee. Every single time you get a call from the new management or accounting department, because you are gonna get a call, THEY NEVER PICKED THE PHONE UP, whenever they call you back it’s like they are doing you a FAVOR, my dudes youre doing your job. I had an easy time getting in for the self guided tour, my roommate and I quickly fell in love with our 1 bedroom apartment and the neighborhood. It’s cute, small but, quaint and cozy. The Manager I worked with for this process was Cade. He is super kind and helpful and quickly responds when you need to talk with him. He helped us get into an apartment quickly as we both were in a rush. Went out of his way to make sure we could get the deal for the free month of February, Black appliances, and being on the second floor. Cade made this experience incredibly pleasant and Ravenswood is lucky to have him as are we as the tenants. Sadly I didn’t even get to book a tour without immediately being turned off by Sabrina’s nastiness. Her rudeness and absurd tone in email communications were appalling to say the least. Sabrina's(leasing agent) lack of communication/people skills and unhelpful attitude made just the setting up of a showing unbearable. I can’t imagine meeting her. It's evident that with such a demeanor, prospective buyers will be deterred, and as a result, I'll be taking my business elsewhere. I wouldn't entrust my money to a group that hires individuals like Sabrina to represent them.

I was at one of your place Ravenswood Garden Apartment for a self guided tour and it was at 2:30 to 3:00 PM. But when I opened the lockbox there was no key there. I specially drove 2 hrs to see this apartment. So I called a manager at call box on key pad and the lady answer the call but it was very hard to hear that it felt like no one answered. She keep saying that wrong number but I was calling from that call box that is next to the key pick up place. Then I tried calling customer service they hung up on me 2 times. And I called again customer service gave me different numbers as they don’t have any information about the property. So, I called the number they provided me they hung up on me and called again he started saying same thing that call customer service and he doesn’t have any i
