This has been my home for over 2 years now. Blaming apartment management for a few disgusting people that live here, is ridiculous. You folks don't throw stuff in the trash properly, you folks don't clean up after your dogs. You folks leave trash to rot outside your own apartments. Complain to your neighbors, or make a formal complaint. Hi, I'm the one who yells at you for not picking up after you dogs on the property or at the park. Yelled at the kids for destroying the last volleyball net. also the one who yells "lazy" if you throw stuff on the ground around the dumpster when it's empty. All me. Initially I was happy when I moved here but my fireplace stopped working in October. I have asked for it to be fixed several times, since it’s getting colder, and it’s still not repaired. The leasing staff hasn’t given me any updates or timelines on when I can expect it to be working again. The maintenance team is great and super nice to my dog, but I'm not at all impressed with the leasing office staff. I would suggest not moving here unless you want to pay for amenities that don't work.

I am extremely disappointed in the number of residents who do not leash their dogs while walking around the apartments. There are numerous residents who have large, clearly untrained dogs walking freely. I have had several instances of unleashed dogs rushing mine while walking around this community. Additionally, there are numerous owners not picking up after their pets, and there is dog poop everywhere.

Terrible apartments! Charge a lot and the apartments aren't even up to date cabinets old and peeling lots of stuff old and broken apartment smelled like cigarettes for weeks after moving in. Floor all paint splattered so even when clean and mop the floor still looks dirty. Also I put in a maintance order for our garbage disposal to be fixed cuz it not working it's been weeks and no one has been in to fix it when went on website to check on request it had suddenly disappeared had to put the request in again and still no one here to fix it. Cops are here a lot due to people not being able to behave themselves could hear neighbors arguing loudly outside in the middle of the night one time like come on. Also I checked their current prices on their website for the apartments and I'm overpaying

I stayed her for 3 years and Horace Brue was the best manager I’ve ever had to deal with! Answered the phone EVERYTIME I called for him to come check out an issue. He made this place feel very safe and at home. Very down to earth guy, I loved having good conversations with him! Stand up guy! If anyone is thinking about living here, ask to meet Horace Brue and I promise you won’t think twice before staying here.
