My experience at Rancho Franciscan has been exceptional. Oscar Funez is always available to help in any situation. He is an excellent property manager. He addresses every situation and handles it quickly and efficiently. Armando Ramos is in charge of all major maintenance on the property. He is knowledgeable and quick to respond. I appreciate all that Oscar and Armando do to make living here more enjoyable….

After being out of my apartment almost 3 weeks the movers who replaced the furniture didn’t align my bed correctly. Armando by himself made necessary adjustments to correctly place the bed which is adjustable and heavy. His dedication to helping residents is greatly appreciated and makes our lives easier. Thank you Armando.

I just want to let you know about a wonderful experience that I had on a couple of occasions with Oscar your resident leasing agent. Not only did he help me above and beyond his normal hours but he is exceptionally knowledgeable. with the rules and regulations regarding this community. His friendliness, made it a most comfortable experience for me And I look forward to residing in this lovely community.

My, "One word response is, "SUPERB!" All it took was a short talk with Kay and it was done the next day by our very talented maintenance man, who not only fixed our mailbox, but also the lighting in the Building 203 elevator. All during the previous storms we have marveled that because of this past year's renovations, we have not had one Ounce of the 25" of rain water enter through the new windows, doors, and most importantly, the Veranda! Please give our thanks to the St. Francis Rancho staff, aka Rancho Franciscan staff and directors. You All are the Best! Thanks, Loving Living Here!

Maintainence requests are always handled promptly and efficiently. Oscar the manager and Armando the service technician are always responsive and so pleasant. Laundry room immaculate. Couldn't be happier living here.
