Do not buy from this company. They will rip you off with interest charges. They don't use a 30 or 31 day cycle. Most months I pay 55 days in interest charges nothing goes towards principal. They will take all your payment for the month and apply it to interest. Scam company

I have had several experiences with Ranch Enterprises over the past year and it has been pleasant. They will work with you as much as possible however I have learned they have there limits and they stick to them. That’s just business in my mind and even though I haven’t gotten what I want at times. They run a family owned business very well and know what works for them and their business plan but at the same time bend over backwards to make something work for both parties if possible. Highly recommended by me and my family.

They alway say I don’t pay on the track my house sets on. But every time I have to show prove where it was paid and came out of my bank on time. This gets really old. I feel like they are trying to get my land with house on it because they know my home is paid for and would make big money. But try again. Time to refinance.

Zero stars if possible. Do not I repeat do not use or trust ranchenterprises ltd. They will cheat you. They will be rude and unprofessional. They will be nice only when they are selling to you. They are not realtors they are sales people, worse than used cars salesmen. Best thing I did with them was sell my land and not have to ever deal with an unprofessional place ever again. Once again avoid them run away from their salesmen. Not worth it.
