Management at Ramsgate is extremely responsive and handles requests promptly. I left a voicemail with the general office regarding a non-emergency issue with my garage door. The very next morning, the manager, Josh, informed me that maintenance would take a look at it. I was kept updated throughout the process and the issue was fully resolved the same day. It is evident that the team takes pride in their work and respects the people they work with. I truly appreciate how the Ramsgate team cares about tenant needs and communicates clearly about repairs or building maintenance, allowing residents to plan accordingly. I feel confident that if I reach out to management with any need, it will be taken care of efficiently.

The staff are VERY responsive to requests. I would like to see ALL the lights working in the hallways, not just every other one. It would also be nice if they repaired the water feature in front of 421. It looks like it could be beautiful.

Enjoyed my stay here for the most part, 3 years total. Noise is the only issue I dealt with. Maintenance was good, Staff was good. Some inconsiderate neighbors. Plenty of parking. Laundry is ok. Was cozy!
