Move in was pretty much exactly as expected during the tour. Very recently renovated. Area is very well connected for cycling and walking, bus line is close and the rail line will be running through here in a couple years. parking has yet to be an issue. Very quick jump onto 169/excelsior for commuting. Honestly not even that big of a commute unless you’re on the St. Paul side (and even then, do/able!!!) To nitpick, not having AC control in room is unfortunate. But that is easily fixed with the ceiling fan + an additional fan elsewhere for circulation. This has been a great way to help bridge the move to Minneapolis while also being a place I don’t mind spending a few months in!

I stayed here for about three months. I highly recommend this place for anybody who is traveling or in transition. It’s great how everything is included. Great set up nice tv It’s very cozy and quiet. Very updated I love the buildings they are different colors with different art. Hallway smell nice always clean. Free laundry very clean and brand new appliances. Mary the leasing agent was a wonderful woman to work with! She made the process easy, simple and fast and she was very warm and welcoming. thanks again!

I cant say enough about vibe at this place. After checking reviews, I decided to check this place out in person. I read alot of great things about Mary, the leasing agent. Well I’ll add another 5 star review. She was great to deal with & made my leasing process a breeze. I did some recon on the place before going into the office. First place I went too was the barber shop. You’ll get a no BS 2 cents opinion talkin to an old timer. I also had lunch at the lil mom and pop diner called “The Hoagie”. I Talked to the waitresses and another old timer slammin down his savory bacon and eggs platter. All the locals gave a thumbs up and had nothing bad to say about the complex and the area. Lastly, I drove around the surrounding neighborhood prior to going into the office. It appeared

I lived there for a year Never a problem. Mary the manager is great, the place is clean and quiet, the staff is friendly and helpful ! Everything you might need is close by. Just remodeled very nice and affordable place!

I love everything about my new apartment on new appliances. Quiet buildings, free laundry. Friendly neighbors and the property manager Marry is amazing at what she does she makes you feel so welcome To your new home
