The staff at Rambler ultimately made this experience worthwhile! So helpful with any and all questions, very kind whether it was via email, text or my initial tour. Can’t wait to live here come August! (pics are from my tour of their 2x2 showroom)

After moving out in July, I still have not received my security deposit, even though I left the apartment spotless. I was told it was sent to my forwarding address, but it never arrived. I have called and emailed for several months and am always told that a manager will get back to me. A few weeks ago, I was told the check would be ready and that they would text me when I could come pick it up. That never happened. I called again today around 12:00 PM and was told a manager had just stepped out, but they could either call me back or I could stay on hold until they returned. I chose to have them call me back, and of course, that never happened either. While the leasing office staff may be polite, it is incredibly frustrating to have to fight to get my own money back. Honestly, I love this place. I have lived here the past 2 years. The staff has been nothing but amazing and has gone above and beyond with any issues i have had. The amenities are so worth it and really have elevated my living experience. I have always felt safe here and it is in such a great area, very walkable to my classes and downtown. I also love the pop ups they have here. The only complaint i’ve ever had was that my toilet seat was broken upon move in but the issue was resolved within a week. I love it here!

I had such a great experience at The Rambler Apartments! The staff was warm and welcoming, and Abisola in particular was an absolute delight to work with. She was incredibly helpful, patient, and genuinely cared about answering my questions and making sure I felt comfortable throughout the process. It’s rare to come across someone so personable and professional at the same time. Thanks to her, the whole experience felt smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend!
