Raintree Apartments Shreveport

I absolutely loved living here. I applied for my unit and was able to do everything from out of state. Michelle was super helpful and made the process so easy. My unit was spacious, clean, and had a good view of pool. I always felt safe and at home. I would highly recommend Raintree to anyone. It's only 3 minutes from Walmart, the movie theater is across the street, and so many restaurants just minutes away. I miss it already!

I recently had a very unpleasant experience at the apartment complex pool, and i am a new resident so it definately made me second guess my decision especially since i pay almost 1000 for a one bedroom. I was there with friends who ARE residents, and how do i know that, ive been to their apartment multiple times. when Michelle, a leasing agent, came to check for pool bands. After seeing that we all had them, Michelle singled out one of my friends, who is black, and said, "you sure don't look like a resident" with a dismissive attitude. This interaction felt racially motivated and created a hostile environment. Michelle's rude behavior ruined the experience for everyone at the pool, and my other friends who were my 2 guests, who were actually considering applying to these apartments, and w

I have stayed here three years just moved a month ago. My stay wasn’t bad but wasn’t great either, it was okay. Recently I’ve been trying to reach out about receiving my deposit back no one answers. I did receive an email of charges that will be taken from my deposit but still no deposit back. In the email it shows that I’m being charged for pet urine on the carpet and I have NEVER owned a pet there of anywhere! The carpet may have been stained due to something else but definitely not pet urine. It had to be cleaned anyway. I read a review about Raintree deposit process and how you’re charged for things so that they can keep your deposit. I still have yet to speak with someone regarding my deposit and why I’m charged for pet urine for a pet I’ve never had.

Grounds crew does a great job at keeping the complex clean. I'll miss waving at some of them during morning walks with my dog. The front office was very friendly and helpful our first year as residents, but became unpredictable during our second year. Sometimes an unprofessional tone was used, or the front office was hard to get an answer from when trying to call in a problem. It also appears to be a more passive aggressive place when it comes to tenants following lease agreements. They'd rather put notices on the monthly newsletter than actually be active in stopping smokers within the complex. One of our neighbors had the smell of pot creeping out of their apartment each weekend. Our biggest complaint was our a/c during the summer. We had to call every month or two to have freon put in o
