Railrunner townhomes are brand new and everything is so nice! The units, amenities and staff are all great. Chantyl has been super helpful with all questions and is always quick to respond. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a new space in the area.
I've settled in after a month now and I'm liking the place thus far. The biggest motivating factor for me was moving into a brand new unit with new LG appliances. Layout is plenty roomy for me and having a dedicated garage is definitely a plus. Main issues I've had are: fiber internet is not ready yet at the property so they are currently distributing Starlink service instead, and the property is so new I've had trouble having my address here recognized by a variety of shipping and delivery services. Staff is receptive to concerns and is working on them, and someone did eventually reach out with an agreeable concession so I'm happy. As far as the trains mentioned in a different review, I hardly notice the Frontrunner commuter train. The larger freight trains that go by are far more infre
I think their nice, only THE TRAIN LITERALLY GOES BY EVERY 20 TO 30 MINUTES, and we was told "oh the trains never go by at night" its 1140pm and another just passed by, they shake entire townhouse! Yikes!! Scare my cat to death 😭 OMG you got to be kidding me!!! It's MIDNIGHT and there's another passing and its about 4 minutes long!! Omg we was told that trains don't run at night, im so hurt i was not told the truth, 2nd guessing this place 😭 they are loud and wake you up!! Noooo!!
This place is just perfect! The 2car garage on all the units! Very spacious floor plans! The office people are very nice and 4bedroom townhomes are huge!
This has to be the best townhome community I have seen in a long time. Everything is brand new! :)
