Cadence Apartment Homes

Cadence is a good place to live. The property grounds are kept neatly trimmed, there’s close access to all sorts of things to do and the people are great. There are good people that live here. And the staff is excellent. Tonya is so patient and attentive. She inherited a mess and she’s been so good at faithfully getting everything taken care of. She works so hard and represents the property well. Troy is capable and extremely responsive. He knows how to do almost everything here, and he keeps things running well. When an issue is brought to his attention he helps get it fixed immediately. They’re both wonderful. Please give them raises. Seriously!

The office manager goes above and beyond to ensure things run smoothly and the community is taken care of. She is always willing to help, and she personally reviewed our files to correct an error that we didn’t even realize was still happening, but was negatively financially impacting us. She did everything to correct the mistake and reimburse us. We are forever grateful to her for the work she so kindly chooses to do. The current maintenance man is also really great to work with. They’ve really got the right team with this staff right now, and I couldn’t recommend them more. Thank you both for all of your hard work!

Very old units but they were remodeled. But then they jacked costs way high. They charge extra for parking, internet (even if you don't use it), etc. & the pool was closed for months. Suggest looking elsewhere.

I moved into Cadence Apartments homes for about 2 months now , and I’m very happy to live here the units are very well taken care of , and management ( Tanya ) is very professional, always there in the office to help out or answer my questions and concerns , and maintenance is quick in fixing any issues or problems, thank you for keeping this place looking nice and safe .

Absolutely terrible apartments! Ac has been out for 3 months with temperatures up to 88 degrees. They keep marking maintenance requests as completed when they’re not. When we first moved in the apartment wasn’t even finished being “remodeled”. Heater was also broken all of winter and they fixed it after months of trying. You’d be better off paying a little more for a better apartment with better management. Brandon hasn’t been very kind and hasn’t ever been in office hardly ever, never has called back or responded to emails. Jeff on the other hand has been nothing but wonderful! He has always been there during office hours and is always on our side with issues we may have. We hope him a wonderful long and wonderful life!
