Orchard Cove

I have liv3d here for a year and the renovated apartments are way nice, it's a very quiet safe place close to shopping places and many stores. The office people (Esmeralda) is super nice and great to work with. I love the maintenance crew they respond super fast and fix issues right away. I have enjoyed my time here and I love to take my dogs for walks and have the poop bag provided by the office and the poop cans all around the whole entire complex if there is a few things I can complaint about will be people not been lazy and not picking up the poop after their dogs and also when they move out they are lazy and leave a bunch of junk around the dumpsters leaving it for maintenance to put in the dumpsters on the following Monday instead of driving around they overflow the dumpsters all the

I relocated for a local aerospace company and worked with orchard cove for an apartment. They worked with me and stayed in contact as I transitioned from Florida to Utah. Maya helped me with everything I needed, she was awesome from the time I was signing a lease to the time I moved out and bought a house. The amenities are fantastic, hot tub and workout room available throughout the year and a pool during the warm season. Great walking area to wander outside. Maya helped me with any issue I had. Was a great start to Utah for me.

Though I am not a tenant at Orchard Cove, I recently applied for an apartment there. The property is owned and/or managed by Triton Investments. The leasing office manager, Sydney, told me that my income would be counted if I applied, then after I applied and paid $41.20, told me that it wouldn't be counted. Subsequently, she lied to me twice. What I don't know is if her mendacity is reflective of the business culture of Triton Properties. The leasing office staff seem to try to avoid accountability by not providing last names, business cards or writing emails with their signatures.

Sharing so everyone knows what an amazing place to live this actually is!! I couldn't be happier with my experience living at Orchard Cove!! From the moment I toured the property, I knew this was the perfect place for us. The apartments are spacious, well-maintained, and have all the modern amenities I was looking for. What really sets this complex apart, though, is the incredible staff. Sydney and Mya in the leasing office have been nothing short of amazing. They are both so friendly, responsive, and genuinely care about the residents. Anytime I've had a question or needed assistance, they've gone above and beyond to help. Beware!! Sharing my story. I was trying to live in this property but there is some lack of professionalism. Some of them can be rude, especially Mya, she doesn’t have any patience, she will argue with you and think she is doing you a favor rather than her work. I am really disappointed because they took my money for the approval, once I got approved (paid $80 for 2 people) and qualified (good credit and no criminal records), she said that the final step was getting a renter verification back from my old apartment (to see if I was a good tenant) and that she did email them and called them many times. I believe this is not true because the old apart where I lived is very responsive. So I replied to her asking her to tell me what was the email she used to send her email and the subject so I c
