WARNING: DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE MANAGEMENT IS DISHONEST AND WILL SWITCH THINGS ON YOU AT THE LAST MINUTE. WE WERE SHOWN AN UPDATED HOUSE, BUT RIGHT BEFORE MOVE-IN THEY CHANGED IT AND SHOWED US A COMPLETELY DIFFERENT UNIT. THE HOUSE THEY TRIED TO GIVE US WAS EXTREMELY DIRTY AND HAD ROACHES. THIS FELT VERY MISLEADING AND UNPROFESSIONAL. PLEASE BE CAREFUL — DO NOT RENT HERE. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM.

I have lived at Raeford Fields for 1 year as of yesterday. I absolutely love my home and my neighborhood and am actually looking to move to a bigger unit. I have not had one issue with my dogs (2 pretty good size pit bulls), no issues with maintenance and no issues with the staff. We do get emails or calls in relation to things WE might be doing wrong (like I still haven't taken down Christmas decorations), but isn't that to be expected? I mean why would I still have Christmas decorations up in February? The office staff seems to have the patience of Job as far as I'm concerned and I have never called or left a message and did not get a response. My rent is drafted successfully and in the same amount every month, everything works properly and I do my part to be good and responsible

This community is a great place to live. The neighbors are friendly, it is quite and peaceful, and clean. I am a nature buff so I enjoy the trees, various birds, hummingbirds, butterflies, and squirrels surrounding my rental. Management is awesome too, especially Christina. She has always responded to the few issues I have had over the past year and a half I have rented here. Also, I have been allowed to paint the drabby builder grade cabinets In the kitchen & bathrooms to modernize the resident & make it feel more like a home instead of a rental. I really enjoy living here. I wish I could give it 4 1/2 stars.

We have had an amazing experience with both staff and maintenance. Maintenance is so quick to respond and the fact that they allow dogs was a selling point. We love our home and our neighborhood! While the staff and maintenance were okay upon move in, we were harassed by local children and our dogs were taunted. We were told by the manager that they couldn’t and wouldn’t do anything even though it was residents that were harassing us. The kids threw bricks at our car, knocked over our flowers and stole our mail. I do not recommend this neighborhood at all!

You would be better off living under the new overpass than living here. Management is straight up mean, if you can even get a hold of them. All but one maintenance man have no idea what they are doing and it will take months to get any “work” done. You will not get your deposit back or any other fees. Only allowed two cars. I know the one of the big perks is the dog policy…don’t fall for that, they will take every cent you have just for having a dog. And the “dog park” floods so bad you can’t actually use it. This management is only concerned with getting as much money out of people as possible not giving its renters a safe and nice place to live. You will get inconsistent and passive aggressive emails that are extremely poorly written and unprofessional. They randomly started charging $
