I forgot Caleb’s last name but he was awesome, working with us. He was very knowledgeable about his work, so patient with us, the other staff was great as well . But Caleb worked closer to us, every time we called him he was there. If he had to call someone to correct something that he could do his self, he’ll correct it. After a bad experience with a custom builders, we decided to look at Red Door. They built our custom floor plan. Caleb Sessoms was our assigned builder. He communicated very well and stayed on top of everything. We were very impressed with him and the quality of his work. Our home is beautiful!

We started working with red door homes in 2021 after we purchased some property. The team at Red Door has made the process of building a home easy. Lisa our designer and Tate, our build supervisor, are top notch. Lisa is knowledgeable and really helped in making sure we designed the house we really were dreaming of. Tate provides us weekly updates and keeps us informed of all things related to our build. We were told a date of completion at the beginning and so far it’s really looking like it’s going to happen. Highly recommend this company. You can even customize their models to fit your dreams. Their team of contractors working in the house are professional and get the work done timely.

We have been working with Red Door since May (it's now November), they have been unbelievably diligent, patient, flexible, and responsive as our plan for our property has evolved. We haven't broken ground yet (we just got to the contract stage a week ago due to our own delays), but the pre-building process has been unbelievably excellent.

PRO: Dale Tanner, the construction project overseer, was a major bright spot! He was ALWAYS available, returned phone calls, got problems with the trades people corrected quickly, and he always had a smile on his face. Highly recommend and appreciate all he did for us!! We Were able to draw up the custom floor plan to fit our family needs. We didn’t have to stick to a pre planned floor design package. Cons: A lot of headaches. MAJOR issues like our roof needing to be replaced within a couple months because they used the wrong roof trusses and the roof was sagging like a 30 year old house. Blueprints were read incorrectly leading to them putting a door to the GARAGE in our walk-in CLOSET. Obviously, they had to go back and remove the door framing and put in a solid wall. Our gas firepl
