Wedgefield Apartments

I wanted to share my honest experience living in this apartment. While the location and overall layout have potential, there are several issues that significantly impact day-to-day comfort. The kitchen cabinets, for example, do not have handles, which makes them inconvenient and awkward to use. Additionally, the unit does not include a dishwasher, which feels like a major oversight for modern apartment living. One of the biggest concerns is the extremely thin walls. Noise from neighboring units carries very easily, making it difficult to enjoy privacy or quiet time at home. For anyone who values peace and quiet, this may be a serious drawback. My husband and I recently moved from Georgia and we are LOVING our new home. It is so clean, spacious, and has quite a bit of storage! The complex is in a safe area and is very quiet, which was super important to both of us. Maintenance was amazing, responding to a slight faucet leak within hours, and had the whole thing replaced! Katrina (office manager) is the real star though :) She was so kind & helpful, getting us moved in within 2 days of our arrival! She also had tons of recommendations of things to do nearby, jobs to look at, what people use for our services, etc. Her welcoming and loving personality made the place feel like home immediately ❤️ Highly highly recommend!

I truly have not one bad thing to say where I currently reside! The staff and maintenance crew are all top notch! Thank you also for keeping our community safe with proper street lights in the breezeway. And If anyone is looking at moving in the near future, come check Wedgefield apartment homes. Oh and one more thing, I truly like how the sheriff department being also vigilant by leaving a patrol car on the premises.

I can say that living here is great. Management is very attentive in responding to any issues that you might have. Maintenance is quick with any work orders that need fixing. Neighbors are friendly and you dont have to worry about loud noises at night. I also like the fact that there is a patrol officer that also resides in the complex.

I been here for three months now it is very clean and quiet. I love my an apartment and the office management is very nice and try too help you do get things correct that need attention to. I would recommend it too someone else.
