I really love living here — the building is clean, quiet, and well-kept. Huge shoutout to David and Jovan for their great customer service. They’re always helpful, responsive, and make the experience that much better!

Deciding to leave a review now that I have been here for about 7 months. First thing is first - the management does not communicate well. They wait until the last minute to give residents a heads up. For example we had a new wifi system put in and we were notified like 24 hours prior that the next day it would be installed Nver given a heads up that the change would take place. Never told how to set up new wifi. (still) Never told how much the new wifi would cost (also it's terrible wifi). The building itself is great in my opinion. It's kept up and cleaned very regularly. The maintenance team is quite slow - I'm not sure why or how, but my sink was clogged for almost five days before they finally came to fix it. Took a tour today with Guia today, looking for our future new home. We loved the peacefulness of the neighborhood and complex. There is a gorgeous Church on the same block, and plenty of mature trees. Guia was very knowledgeable and welcoming during our tour of Radius. The apartments and amenities were amazing. Update as of October 16th 2025: The problem with fire alarm has been fixed. The maintenance request was completed after two weeks of waiting, big thanks to Luis for his efforts. There is a locker for parcels from Amazon. So, we didn’t have stolen packages recently. The buildings (both 688 and 680) have very good floor plans. I like living here, it is 9th year. Update as of September 24th 2025: Over 8 years the quality of leaving is going down unfortunately in 688 S Berendo, especially recently. Current critical problems: 1) Fire alarms an night - 4-5 times during last 2 weeks in total. 2) Three my packages have been stolen recently from the building, more than for all previous years. 3) We have been waiting for a maintenance request to be fixed for a week and the emergency maintenance req
