Great home builder. They have really great Sub contractor's that do excellent work. They build really great custom homes or spec house's. They build in some great neighborhoods or on your property. If you are looking for a quality builder then they are the ones you need.

I purchased a home from RT Bailey in the summer of 2019. A week before my closing date I did a walk through & I noticed my son bathroom tub had holes in it. Long story short, they told my realtor they were going to replace the whole tub. So within my 1 year warranty I noticed the tub had holes everywhere. And apparently they did not replace my tub like they said they would. Most likely they just patched it up. & Because of COVID Beth and I agreed that once the COVID cases dropped I would allow people to come to my home and fix some of the things. So now it’s 2021 and I was told that everything on my list was my fault and they cannot fix anything. I would never purchase a home that is built by RT Bailey ever again!!! If you buying from them, they will build your house 2 weeks and when you move in it will fall apart and they won't fix nothing or call you back. Very terrible service. Hate I ever bought from them!!!

Very nice Great amenities. Just kinda tough getting in and out as the entrance/exit from/to the main road is busy and convoluted.

Very good builders and nice to talk with also.
