Quinn Crossing Apartments

I recently visited this apartment complex to tour potential units, and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. As someone who works in real estate, I always pay attention to how leasing teams treat prospective residents. From the moment we arrived, the staff seemed unwelcoming and a bit dismissive. One employee told us we could “wait until she came back from lunch,” which came off as indifferent rather than helpful. My husband and I felt judged based on our appearance, which was disheartening. We weren’t treated with the level of professionalism or hospitality I would expect from a team representing a residential community. I loved this place soo much, it felt like home away from home. I actually lived here twice because of that. I felt safe and management (Ron and Kathy) are awesome. You do have to pay for utilities and parking, the ceilings are high, spacious rooms, bathrooms and walk in closets.

My boyfriend and i just moved into our first apartment and all of the staff here was incredibly helpful with the process. Any questions we had Shamori, Ron, and Cathy were there to help out and still are. The apartment in general has a lot of great amenities and is a great place to call home!

Found this apartment online and reached out to schedule a tour. Drove 35+ mins to tour the complex for the tour to last 10 mins. It felt like the leasing manager rushed us through everything because it was close to their closing time. Decided to apply anyway. Was given a packet on the requirements needed to apply online. Filled out everything and uploaded the required documents for the leasing manager to reach out stating she never received anything. Cathie’s customer service on the phone was very poor. Her tone of voice seemed like it was inconvenient for her to be reaching out. Continued with the application. Then I received an email stating I needed to sign a paper regarding the holding deposit agreement AFTER I had already paid it. Approval happened and lease was created. Read over the

I lived here for ~2.5yr and overall had an excellent experience. Apartment Complex: Newer and aesthetically pleasing, great pool/patio area with nice grills and lounge area. Gym area is convenient and clean. Locker system “Package Concierge” for deliveries is also a bonus, don’t have to worry about packages sitting outside your front door for several hours. At night the lighting outside is great for visibility and not causing too much light for residents indoors. Parking: I saw a lot of complaints here, and I would just like to say that these things (lack of parking availability) can all be easily observed before you choose to move in. I do recommend getting covered parking, I also did have to wait several months before getting the best spot for my building, but it is the logical thing t
