Quinn Court Apartments

If I could give these apartments negative stars I would. Not only are they rat and roach infested but they don’t have enough money to make repairs. We were promised a renovated apartment and we got one that has disgusting carpets and paint splattered and bubbled up floors. A major leak that took months to fix, the front door knob falling off (with no other entry to the apartment) and things never being fixed. I moved out and they charged me $518.00 for “repairs” that I had on my check list when I moved in. This is by far the worst place I’ve ever lived. There’s only one good thing about this company and her Name is Amy. Please think hard before you decide to move in here.

Quinn Court is a horrible place to live. Not only is it roach and rat infested and management will tell you, in order to solve the rat problem, buy a cat! I have never lived in a place like this before where management doesn't care what kind of problem you have, they are to broke to fix it! There is glass and trash in the children's playground and they don't have the money to fix the pool. Their cheap prices bring people in, but trust me...pay a little more for a company that cares.

Just rented from them. THE BEST RENTING EXPERIENCE from beginning to end. Ms Mardi Newton BEST Property manager around. She answers any and every question and explain anything needed. The process was fast and smoove. The apartments are remodeled and very nice on the inside. But overall my favorite part was the customer service! No hassles what so ever. Got my keys and I'm loving it. Did my application, got a email from them the same day. Application was approved the next day.

I recently moved into my new apartment here, and I couldn't be happier with my decision. The property is well-maintained, and the management team is incredibly responsive and helpful. From the moment I toured the place, I felt welcomed and at home.The community is friendly and inviting. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great place to live!

They require 3x the income. People on disability get tax-free money and a lot of others. Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs v. Inclusive Communities Project, Inc., 576 U.S. 519 (2015), recognizes disparate-impact of screening policies. The entire concept of tenant screening is offensive. They literally don't care if you wind up homeless. Why should you care if they wind up bankrupt? Denying housing is an invitation to be sued. Don't blame me for knowing my rights. ("Industry practice" does not trump federal law).
