Quaker Meadows

This was not a good experience at all. I am however finally in the unit but there were many things that went wrong that should not have and caused confusion, delay, and chaos. The units are very nice however, the process to get the place was chaotic and I had to reach out to PHFA and corporate to get things handled Corporate never returned my phone calls. I still believe that calculations were not done correctly and I was not made aware of monthly inspections until it was time to sign the lease. Corporate still has not responded to my emails or phone calls. Like I said the units are very nice however the chaos in the process was unnecessary and needs dealt with.

You pay the application fee then they never call you when there’s an opening. But tells you NOT to call them.

It's a nicely kept place. The only reason a star is missing is because folks do not abide by the speed limit. Otherwise, it's a very nice place.

Ok place...it's just sad that they don't allow the kids to trick or treat there...that place is perfect for it.
