Marissa went above and beyond to get my house sold. I had previous negative experiences with different realtors going into this relationship and was nervous but she gave us the best experience and got our house sold quickly. Any problem that came up during the process she negotiated, and was able to find a solution for. Her husband went out of his way to make it easier for us to sell our house from out of state, even being willing to do something like cut our grass when the landscaper we hired was unable to complete the job. She coordinated anything I needed her to from electrical work to removal of a home filtration system, I feel she really went above and beyond for my family.

Honestly Marissa made home buying fun and not stressful at all. She was and is amazing at what she does. I was so blessed to have found her. This was not my first time buying a home but with Marissa this second experience was not even comparable to my first time because she actually helped me and even went to the house when I couldn't make it myself. She is the GOAT. I would recommend her every single time.

Marissa is super professional and trustworthy. I live out of town and she was able to listen to my descriptions of what I wanted and turn them into reality. She was patient with me and showed me several properties. When I was able to trade on a property, she helped me get everything across the finish line (from assisting me with finding contractors to do repair work to handling the closing documents).
