I was told that the home was well taken care of. I believe the realtor. Found out there had been water in the basement for years, needs insulation in the attic, broken sewer pipes, electrical problems.I lived in Florida and only briefly saw the house before purchasing. . . And it was not a cheap house. . . And then told all homes have water in the basement and no responses to other concerns

This company will talk you into giving them $1000 for “hand money” and if the deal falls through, you’re stuck paying more money for remediation and retaining fees for your lawyer you’re going to need and you’ll still lose your money. Their staff will harass you at work and rush you to sign legal documents before reviewing them. Avoid this scam company and their fraudulent real estate agents.

The issues I had with Berkshire Hathaway were resolved . I am happy with the results. thank you

Nearly a half dozen times in last few months, Selling Realtors have refused to show homes they have for sale. If I was the one who had hired them to sell my home, I would be Very Unhappy and hiring someone else.
