Ms. Bryant is a real property manager and does everything by the book. She doesn't have a attitude but a kind temperament and these people don't know how to handle her since she ain't a push over. I'm transferring here soon to be closer to my mom and this property is just as beautiful as the Glen Arm Manor. Come check it out for yourself! Don't listen to these people.

Quiet neighborhood. The new property manager has an attitude most of the time and maintenance takes forever to fix things. Hopefully, it's all temporary but I would find else where to live to save the headache.

I've lived at Quail Call for about 1.5 yrs now and it's a very small quiet community. Kendra, Gene, and I've even met the District Manager Hailey they are all so helpful and kind.

If I could give a negative review I would. Will come back to fill in the details shortly, but if you're considering this place, consider your health and well being first because they will not and GA's law give them no reason to. If you want health complications due to mold and emergency maintenance that doesn't respond this is the place for you! I'll be sleeping in my car for the next four months to limit my exposure and not incur any long term health issues. Update 4/11/2024 More mold (predictably!) Has been discovered! If you were evicted and they charged you after the court order then file a claim to get your money back and to have the negative statement removed from your credit report. Under Georgia Law they are required to file all expense at the time of the dispossessory hearing and not after the fact except property damage. Even then if they did not have a move-in and move-out inspections signed by them and you they cannot claim damages. I sued them for the termination fee and as per the court order Quail Call was ordered to return my money plus the court fees. Do not let them bully you or ignore you, go to the court house file a claim and get your money back.
