Q19 - Apartments

I've lived here three mostly wonderful years and thoroughly enjoyed my stay and will be sad to be leaving soon. The location in Midtown is truly awesome and close to a lot of amenities with easy access to 80. The area and surrounding neighborhoods are super walkable and gorgeous in Fall. Safeway within walking distance and only 15 minutes to the Expo Costco by car. P2O Pilates, an awesome hidden gem of a gym is right around the corner (I recommend trying their unlimited 2 week trial), which makes me love this location even more. On weekends you can take nice longer walks to Southside Farmers market, East Sacramento, or Land Park easily. I love that there is a washer and dryer in unit and a small gym downstairs to workout, and on site parking (first year was free with promotional). Managem

Great spot — for the price, location, some people (you barely run into them), the property manager - Veronica - is kind, and cares about the property and her tenants. I’m 6 months in and am content about my choice.

We have been living here for almost 6 months now. I would have loved it if someone actually left a comment here about the reality of Q19 lifestyle before we leased our unit. The management has changed since we have moved in but the problems have gotten even worse: _ There is a constant, loud, and annoying conditioning sound on some level 4 units. We all (affected units) have complained and unfortunately no solution has been offered so far !!! The noise is constant and nerve recking; - There is no shooting which we knew but what we did not know was the fact that the trash will not get picked up on Friday and Saturdays. You can take it downstairs yourself but the door is locked too. Hence, sometimes you could see trash pilling up in the entrance; - There are homeless people in the parking

The maintenance is absolutely ridiculous. Usually, there is a sign at the door stating that someone will be back in the office soon, they never do. The emergency number that supposed to be fixing the urgent problems, like no hot water for more than 12 hours, always goes to the answering machine, and no one ever responds.

I love that it has the right amenity package with pet spa, fitness center, bike room and it's only a few blocks from the hustle and bustle, grocery store, Truitt Bark Park.
