It’s tucked away in a quieter part of Athens but still close enough to campus and downtown to make getting around easy. Plus, being right near Mama’s Boy is dangerous in the best way possible. Maintenance has been solid too—quick to respond and always friendly. Overall, if you're looking for a place in Athens that's newer, well-kept, and managed by people who seem to actually care, Puritan Mill is a great pick. Would definitely recommend.
