Purdum Woods Apartments

These mfs don’t care about their tenants at all. Anyone who gives these mfs anything higher than a 1 star (zero) simply have low living standards. As soon as this lease is up me and my child is gone. This is no place to be if you have kids. I’ve been waiting for someone to come make this apartment live able for 7 months & been without a stove for 4. They simply just don’t care about you. They’re never in the office like they’re suppose to be & voicemail box has been full since March 2023 ( probably longer than that let’s be real)! They want respond to you via fb or email either so just don’t waste your time. The management needs to fired , better yet this whole complex just needs to be burned to the ground.

The apartment is a nice size but not worth living in. the living conditions There are very Disgusting. Water leaks constantly sometimes no heat or air for months.

Apartments are okay, I did have property stolen out my apartment by people that work here while visiting my sick mother I tried to reach out to the office to get it resolve but nothing was really done.

I got to make friends there rooms are nice great service nice people clean bathroom
