Bob, Helen, and the staff at Jacob's Realty were very helpful when we purchased our home. They are professional in every aspect of real estate. Helen fully represented our interests and terms, keeping this in mind as she found listings for us, and communicated with the seller. She was responsive when we called or messaged, calling us back within a couple of hours at most. We had our home under contract and closed in less than 30 days, buying below the asking price. This was thanks to Helen standing firm for us. We appreciate her for all she did. We have our forever home and will be doing more business with Jacob's in the near future. My wife and I highly recommend Helen and her team.

Jacobs Real Estate is an extremely professional and hard working company. It has been my experience that negative comments are due to having been declined housing due to being unqualified. These issues would include credit, income and criminal issues. If you contact Jacobs Real Estate you will not be disappointed in their professionalism, understanding and all-out effort to assist you.

They are very unprofessional. Theresa is very rude and was very demeaning when she talked to me. Me being denied didn’t have anything to do with me saying they were unprofessional. It’s the fact that we meet at ihop to do my application. It was the constant trying to reach them just to pay for the application. It was the sitting in the parking lot of ihop because the assistant forgot paperwork and had to go back to get it. I can keep speaking on everything that was unprofessional. I was being nice by saying they were unprofessional and not going into details. So don’t make it seem like I’m butt hurt and writing a bad review.
