I have to say this place has been so helpful in my moving transition. The lady at the front desk was able to answer all of my questions and went over everything before my arrival. The communication is one of the best i have ever had from a rental company in Danville!! They are understanding and willing to work with you as long as you are communicative. I am super thankful for B and S rentals! 🙏🏽

Do not rent through this company, they are extremely racist and will steal your money. They also have two extremely immature managers who scream in the phone like children and cut you off when you are trying to have an adult conversation. They took my husbands and I debit card and charged us an application fee for an application we didn’t even submit or finish, they told us they can’t process our application unless we give them everything needed to process the application which we never did and yet they still stole our card information and charged us. I spoke with two managers and they started screaming and speaking gibberish on the phone like children and stated that my husband and I misunderstood when really they don’t have employees competent enough to work a front desk and give people

DO NOT RENT THROUGH THIS COMPANY, they stole my wife and I money for an application that they did not process and that we should not have been charged for as we did not have what was needed to process the application. My wife called them and asked about getting a refund since their employee charged our card without our permission and the manager would not allow my wife to speak, they cut her off and began screaming in her ear and then disconnected the phone on her. We are disputing the fraudulent charge through our bank but please beware! This company is fraudulent and they will steal from you without your permission if they have your card information. They don’t have competent employees and they lack customer service skill. BEWARE OF THIS RENTAL COMPANY, they are rude and nasty and thieve

B&S rentals y’all are a great place with wonderful employees. Everyone has been awesome and so helpful for all our needs. As a first time renter I highly recommend this agency they did a wonderful job remodeling our house and everyone is so friendly. 10 out of 10
