Yes these Town Homes/Row Houses appear wonderful but: 1. There’s close to no parking, except in your tiny garage. 2. The garage side has no walk in door! So you must walk around the building if the power is out, garage door is busted, visitors, or family come. 3. The inside area appears satisfactory until you move in and discover different. 4. Street Entry & exits are very limiting, as are street sizes. 5. The trash system is not very easy, to say to least.
Poorly made homes. Enough said.
