I NEVER write reviews, but I feel I just have to share! I have lived in many places on Bainbridge Island and Kitsap county and this is by far the best place yet! The staff is professional, kind and responsive to any issues. They do their part to make sure you live in a lovely community and do their work to vet your neighbors and make sure they are the right fit the community that you’re a part of. Everyone living in the complex is so kind, friendly, respectful and have all expressed appreciation for living here. It just works. My main regret is not finding out about them years ago and their listings. Could have saved me a lot of trouble and money! As someone with over two decades in the real estate industry, I’ve worked with many property management companies —Unfortunately, my experience with Puget Sound Property Management has been consistently frustrating. There is a serious lack of transparency and communication throughout their operations. Listings are often outdated or inaccurate—many properties are shown as available online or on search engines long after they’ve been rented. It creates a lot of wasted time and confusion. Even worse, there is no follow-through from their team. Agents rarely respond to inquiries or follow up after initial contact, and when you do get someone on the phone, the customer service is dismissive at best and downright rude at worst. I've been a tenant at one of their managed properties- Casa Del Rey, for well over a year now. In all- my experience with both living there, and my interactions with Austin- the manager, have been nothing but extremely positive. They're extremely responsive, hands-on, and want to make sure you as a tenant are happy with your choice. Any issue I faced- they had it fixed the next day; both the management and the people they hired to deal with issues screamed attention to detail and care. I'm currently in the process of moving away due to personal reasons- but I feel lucky to have lived at a property managed by them and if you're considering living there- I can whole-heartedly recommend them and assure you that you will be in good hands!
