To whom it May Concern In June of this year (2022) we went under contract with Danny Verona to sell our house in Sammamish. It had been a rental for many years and needed extensive repairs such as landscaping, painting, electrical, and plumbing. Danny took on the responsibility of coordinating all the contractors to get the repairs done in a timely manner. He called as many as four contractors for one job to get the work done at the lowest price. He truly went above and beyond to make sure each job was done correctly and passed inspection.
