We hired Fairbank Construction Co to redo our basement. Andy, Chad and Chelsea were our team. They transformed the space and did a beautiful job, and we could not be more pleased with the results. Andy is a superb carpenter and often suggested an alternate approach which was less expensive and the correct choice. The whole experience was wonderful, and any issues were quickly resolved by Fairbank. We would use them again!

Very organized company with excellent work and great employees including the general construction crew. This is for a bathtub leak which caused structur 9thal damage. Great supervision with great carpenters, painters all done in a timely fashion and under budget. Very neat and cleaned up everything promptly. I would recommend them highly
