Pryor Creek Apartments

Worst apartments for lucrative prices, no parking and no maintence. Parking lot is always full, you have to walk half a mile to get to your vehicle. They don't keep up with general maintence or infestations. Starting prices for apartments that are severely outdated is ridiculous. Save your deposit and application money to a different 2 apartment complexes 5 min away from this one where they actually take care of everything..

I Know this won't help but Im going to post it anyways. Horrible management, their not approving anything to be fix, mold in the bathrooms, you name it it goes wrong. Nothing is put in the right way. The paint is horrible. My kid could paint better. One of the maintenance men is drunk all the time during the day and walks around at night drunk off his butt. They cut my drywall out in one of the bathrooms and bedrooms over a month ago and won't come fix it due to mold. The mold issue has been going on since July. They literally got spray to treat the mold from some store instead of having someone come in and treat it right way. The manager is completely rude if you try and talk to her. You can't call cooperate cause they just come back to her and nothing gets done. Trash is never picked up

I’ve been living here for 9 months, and my husband for over a year. When he first moved in, there was a roach infestation. Management said it would be resolved before move-in, yet to this day, we still have roaches despite “pest control” coming monthly. We’ve also dealt with recurring black mold issues in our vents, in the shower (even after it was ‘cleaned’ and re-caulked), and now around a leaking water heater that has caused the surrounding floor and wall to begin rotting (also covered in black mold). In every instance, management has failed to properly address or remove the mold. So definitely be aware of that before moving in. I was only there for a year and it was the WORST. Our apartment had so many roaches when we moved in then eventually had REALLY bad mice problem that they never bothered to help or fix. We caught at least 20-25 in the span of 4 days. Also our dishwasher did not work the entire time we were there even after letting them know. The picture was from December LAST YEAR. They could not be bothered with any of our problems. This place sucks don’t live here.

Since the moment I walked in Jasmin greeted & welcomed me! Very nice lady answered all my questions as well as quick with fixing my issues! I have no complaints!
