She is pretty good at knowing the ins and outs and only been there couple months but knew her from my prev bad place apt !! Which I needed a break bad! She was right there to help me .To Get this Hud senior voucher .which greatly helps me on ssi disability with home healthcare and woundcare visits .it's exactly what I needed in a pinch . Previous place Had Brand NEW out of state owners last fall and mgr who were cold negative and Raised Rents without warning More than 4-5 Years combined ! My mother is 87 years old and has lived here 20 years. She likes her apartment and feels right at home, however in front of her apartment the sprinklers have not worked for years and it’s all dirt with millions of ants & ant piles. She has spoken to the Manager, Tina, numerous times about it in the past several years. They sprinkled grass seeds on top of the hard dirt with no results, obviously. The sidewalk is being uprooted by a tree and is slanted. I’m really concerned about my 87 year old mother walking with her cane down this slanted sidewalk and muddy when it rains. There is also a huge puddle of water and mud in the parking lot when it rains. I called the manager, Tina, today to express my concern and she tells me they have tried to fix it. This is a very peaceful, well kept, friendly community for for Seniors 62 and up. Management is a lovely couple. I am very happy to be able to live here.

The apartments are clean, but seem to have no insulation to speak of. Monthly electric and trash bill is unacceptable.

The apartments are full of cockroaches and bedbugs, they do nothing about it. This place needs to be shut down asap.
