DISGUSTING!! move here IF YOU WANT roaches! kept my apartment clean and it was still infested! absolutely sick! i’d rather be homeless than ever move here again! the only thing good about the whole place is the maintenance man he works hard and does a good job ! couldn’t even cook dinner without wanting to throw up because of all the roaches ! 🤢🤮🤮🤮🤮 moving was the best thing that ever happened to me! NO MORE ROACHES YAY! when we moved in there was dead roaches in all the cabinets i should’ve took that as a sign to NOT sign the lease but i was ignorant DONT make the same mistake as me! absolutely disrespectful and selfish that they don’t warn you about the roach infestation before you move in !!!!!! is there a negative star rating?

Hands down best experience from the start! The manager Jackie was amazing walking us through the process. With not the best backgrounds she was patient and listened to our story and never judged us. She was honest about the possibilities of being accepted whether we even had the chance or not. We had the opportunity to look at one of the apartments and was surprised at the updates they have implemented from fixtures to flooring. The community is quiet and a little bit on the outskirts was something we love!! We had given up on finding something that we could afford that wasn't in poor conditions or with a poor landlord. We found our new place to call home and we couldn't be happier!!

They are updated, clean, quiet, and have the friendliest helpful staff around! The manager is helper and sweet. The maintenance guys are awesome at fixing any problems and also quick and friendly. I definitely think if you are looking for a place to call home you should check them out!!

I love my apartment. I have lived here 2 years. It is clean,quite,everyone is friendly. If any maintenance is needed always fast to take care of it. She would recommend this living to everyone. Jackie is the best manager ever. Always making sure things are going good. Easy to talk to about concerns and willing to listen .I am proud to call it home. Pamela #410

I lived their for 18 years. They couldn't agree with oklahoma housing finance agency on my rent. It came to an 86.00 difference. I was never late or missed any rent. I had to move over 86.00. I was devastated I learned never being late makes no difference or the amount of time you live there. I'm glad now because I'm in a nicer place and it's 2yrs old and they care that not being late ever is a huge deal. I was told when I ask abt that that everyone pays. That hurt my feelings. Live and learn!!!! Good job Vickery development
