When I first tried to apply to get a house, this was the first company to respond to my inquiry online. I received a call from Jessica (one of the workers) and she instructed me on what I needed to do to fill out an application, as this was my first time getting a home. She was patient through the process. The normal wait for a call back was 3 days but due to Jessica falling ill (as i applied during the winter months) she called back within a weeks time. I was told I was approved and she did everything to get my file together. There was an error on my moving day when my move in day was not noted properly, but Joann Diab stepped in and finished the process and I was able to move in at my initial day I selected. Let me start by saying I should have never applied with Proway. I first applied in May and was approved with no problem and left my $200 holding fee. Found out the house I was getting was never inspected by the city and shouldn't have been listed in the first place. Oh I get housing so it had to pass inspection. Anyway they took to long and housing told me find something else. In between May and August I was sick which delayed my house search. So I was told they were under new management and things were better. So I apply and the listing says applications were $35 but it charged me $65 then I called and emailed the agent about it; still haven't received a response yet. To make matters worst the house I applied for was removed; then they denied my application after I was approved 4 months

I have rented from several different management companies and ProWay Property Management is by far the best! They respond immediately to any of my requests, Staff is always friendly and courteous. Sarah Bell really goes above and beyond for her tenants I cannot say enough nice things about her! She is one of the reasons I continue to rent from this company. Keep up the great work!

This is by far the worst property management company I ever dealt with in my life. I’m so upset they don’t value you as customers. They never answer the phone. They are not the friendliest. I would say they have tried to resolve some of my issues but I had to call a million times just to get something resolved. You have to Stay on them because if you don’t the will never call you. I even had to drive up to the office in Waterford from Detroit just to talk to a person face to face. They have decent houses. I read the reviews and ignored them. The communication is TEEEERIBLE. Autumn property management y’all need to get it together.

Long read but worth the warning ** I’m truly disappointed in giving this company the benefit of the doubt after months of no communication and complete neglect. When I wrote my original review of complaints on this house(that I’ve only lived in for three months) I was contacted almost immediately to solve my issues, or so I thought. I had been trying to reach out to management since the first week of moving in due to: sparks flying out of the outlet, Going up to 4 days at a time without a Functioning toilet(multiple times) because of no communication, both sinks in the home leaking, which now has the bottom of my Kitchen sink falling apart and growing mold (yet to be replaced), locks broken, garage not locking, mildew smell through out the entire house due to the sewage sitting underneath
