Provenance at Polaris Apartments

I absolutely love the environment & amenities here!! My issue is the compactor constantly jammed/broken & security gate not working properly off/on. Due to gate, my car was broken into. Also I have had to buzz myself into my own apt going thru the visitor entrance which is not convenient. Needs fixed right or get rid of it! I called & left several messages for a cb from main office from the car incident & never received one. I constantly get these reviews sent to me tho. Maybe this will get someone’s attention and I’ll get a call back. I pay a lot to live here & the security was one thing I liked. It’s an ongoing issue still. I do love my 2 closets tho and the space in them in the master bedroom. The apt is exactly what I wanted far as color theme & layout. Beautiful & the pond in the ba

While the location and amenities initially seemed appealing, my experience was marred by their unfair practices. Upon vacating the apartment, I was charged excessively for minor wear and tear, which felt unreasonable and unfair. Additionally, the management sent these charges to a collection agency, leaving me with no choice but to pay the agency to prevent any negative impact on my credit score. There was no email / mail or enough time given before sending to collections. Also seeing this as a common issue in the reviews. This felt like undue harassment and added unnecessary stress. I believe these practices are not only unfair but also detrimental to tenants. I hope the management reconsiders these policies in the future to ensure a fairer and more transparent experience for all tenant

Update 12/16/25 - Changing my review again.... Unable to get a response from management. Trash pickup that im paying for has been non existent for 3 weeks which is insane around the holidays. Not the trash companies fault - compactor blocked but management taking their sweet time to fix it. Been living here for 3 years and will probably be canceling my lease after this. Would not consider this a luxury apartment. Well changing my review. Since Kaylee left its been impossible to get in contact with anyone at the office. You HAVE to go in person and they are only open Tuesdays and Thursdays. They wont answer calls or call you back unless you say youre interested in a lease. Maintenance is goated though so thats whats keeping me here.

Sucks that I have to give a one star to this apartment complex. I have called numerous times, regarding a derogatory mark that has posted on my credit report. I have left voicemails no response. I have even went in person spoke with a leasing associate who stated she saw a $0 balance in the system confirming that I have paid my remainder amount promptly. There this amount showing now in collections is false. I’m frustrated that it is now October and I have still not received a response. My lease has ended in March of this year!! This is unacceptable and because of my experience I do not recommend anyone to live at this property.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Had a tour scheduled, called and confirmed over the phone with Mary before driving 30 mins there just to get there and the leasing office to be locked and no one anywhere to be found. waited 15 mins just in case because I know things happen, but no one showed up and no one answered the phone. Had 4 friends extremely interested in this community as well that I will go ahead and tell to stay away. Horrible management! Must not want future residents that bad.
