The Residences at Ryan Creek Apartment Homes

There are two main reasons I won’t be leasing through Wilcox Communities again—and why I wouldn’t recommend them to others. 1. Price vs. Quality This community is in a great location—close to grocery stores, restaurants, and 23—so convenience is a major selling point. However, Wilcox clearly prices the units at a premium while delivering subpar build quality. The homes feel cheaply constructed, with large gaps around doors that let in cold air, poorly designed cabinets and shelving, and recurring issues with drafts. High rent alone wouldn’t have been a dealbreaker, but the quality simply doesn’t match the cost. 2. Utility and Leasing Practices The community uses Pioneer Energy Management (PEM) a submetering company, which significantly drives up costs. Ohio lacks strong protections again

Brand new single story builds in a great location. Vaulted ceilings, 2-car attached garage, large kitchens, and so much more. Really enjoyed the tour with Raven — great personality and made me feel like a VIP with her willingness to show me any floor plan and any unit without hesitation. I didn’t choose this complex because the original unit I was looking for (based on layout & location) was taken before I toured (and the gym is a little small), but otherwise, this was #1 on my list! Highly recommend touring and asking for Raven if there’s any doubt in your mind on whether this place is for you.

In general, I love our apartment and our close neighbors. However, I don’t love that our community doesn’t clean up after their pets, specifically in the dog park, and management fails to hold owners accountable. We have now had 3 different property managers within the 10 months we’ve lived here and have spoken to each of them about the lack of pet waste stations, the inability to keep the waste bins empty and bags full, and the issues regarding people cleaning up after their pets. Each time we’re greeted with “we’ll remind the community” and an email is sent out, but it doesn’t fix the issue. The dog park is treated as the communal bathroom for animals and you will likely need to clean up 5-10 piles of poop if you’d like your animal to play in sanitary conditions. They threaten owners wi

Ryan Creek is a wonderful community to live in. The neighborhood is clean, safe, and well organized, creating a calm and welcoming environment. The neighbors are friendly and respectful, which makes daily living pleasant. Maintenance and management are prompt, professional, and always willing to help. Overall, it’s a great place for families and individuals alike, and I’m happy to be part of this community.

Well maintained facility. The appliances work well - the dishwasher actually cleans and dries, the electric glass top stove heats much faster than any other electric stove I have had. Pretty flooring, cabinets, and countertops. The staff is very friendly and responsive. Nice clubhouse. Would recommend.
